Renting In Norwich and Surrounding Areas
Our prime aim when you contact Premier Properties is to meet your rental requirements as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
We will match your details with properties currently available and those becoming available in the near future. Please note that your details will be held in the strictest confidence and used only to find you a property.
We will arrange viewings for you at your selected properties. You will always be met by one of our staff who will guide you round and answer any questions that you might have.
We will ask you to complete an application form that will be used for reference purposes. We will require a Holding Deposit on receipt of your application. Prior to moving in we will require a damage deposit (variable depending on property size). The damage deposit will be dealt with in accordance with details set out in section 213 of the Housing Act 2004 and will be covered by one of the Government backed schemes. An agency fee will also be charged (details on application). This fee is to cover all the administration costs relating to your rental, including the following up of required references and the preparation of the tenancy agreement etc.
We will arrange a move-in date with you and meet you at the property on the agreed day at the agreed time. We will complete the move-in process with you.
• Just prior to move-in you will be required to sign the agreement (usually an Assured Short hold Agreement initially for 6 months) and to pay any outstanding fees, including one month’s rent in advance.
